Work is a significant part of our lives. It gives structure to our days, weeks and years, and can bring purpose, connection and a sense of belonging. Through work we contribute to others and to society, express our skills, talents and beliefs, and build financial stability for ourselves and the people we care about.
When work feels uncertain or unsettled, it can affect much more than income. Without that structure or sense of direction, life can begin to feel disappointing, unsettling, or even frightening.
I offer structured sessions where we can work through what’s going on, examine obstacles, and reach decisions you feel ready to act on.
I’m Claire, a qualified and accredited counsellor (NCPS registered), offering online therapy to adults across the UK.

In our sessions, we focus on the work - thinking clearly about the decisions and questions in front of you.
I bring structure and perspective; you bring your experience and the realities of your working life. Together we examine what may be getting in the way, without judgement, and with an understanding of how much may feel at stake.
We work towards an agreed outcome or goal.
The aim is steady, considered progress - decisions you can stand behind and act on with confidence.
