Because what if we hope and it doesn’t work out? What if we open our heart, just a little, and life crushes it again? What if we simply can’t bear more disappointment? It makes sense. It’s not weakness, it's wisdom born from experience.

Anxiety and Overthinking
If anxiety or constant overthinking leaves you feeling exhausted, stuck or overwhelmed, therapy can help you gently understand what's beneath these feelings. We'll work together on practical ways to soothe anxiety, calm your busy mind and build lasting confidence.

Significant life changes - like loss, job changes, relationship shifts, or new phases in life, can feel deeply unsettling. Together, we'll explore the uncertainty that you're feeling, create space for clarity and support you in finding new direction and meaning again.

After trauma, loss or long periods of difficulty, you might feel disconnected from yourself, others or your future. I offer gentle, supportive therapy to help you safely reconnect with yourself, your emotions and your capacity for joy, meaning and hope.
Burnout and Emotional Exhaustion
Burnout often shows up as deep exhaustion, numbness, or a loss of motivation - even about things you once enjoyed. I can help you safetly explore these feelings, set healthy boundaries and rebuild your energy and sense of self.
Low Confidence and Inner Criticism

Many people carry a critical inner voice that undermines their confidence. Transactional Analysis provides a compassionate space to explore why this voice is there, gently challenge self-critical beliefs and build genuine lasting self-esteem.
